Their signature dish, ``Grilled Risotto Stuffed with Tomatoes,'' is a masterpiece made by stuffing risotto into tomatoes and baking it in the oven. The special 3L size tomatoes look stylish. Also, the ``Homemade Pancetta Carbonara'' is a dish with a rich tomato cream sauce that is not too heavy.
