The producer, Mr. Muneharu Ozaki, uses his own name, Ozaki, to raise "Ozaki Beef" in order to deliver an authentic taste that cannot be disguised. You can enjoy Ozaki beef with increased flavor as sashimi or meat Sushi. We also have Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef from various origins in stock, so we can provide you with the best meat of the day. The tatami room is a private room with all sides flat, rather than a sunken kotatsu, to prevent babies and small children from falling.
