Food Recommended ◆Agu pork & Ishigaki beef
Agu pork is characterized by the sweetness of its fat without being greasy. Ishigaki beef is shipped as a calf from Matsusaka beef or Kobe beef, and is high-quality meat raised without stress in a warm region. Both dishes are prepared with simple seasonings so that you can enjoy the original taste of the meat.
