We always have over 10 types of fresh Oyster to enjoy each season. We work directly with producers, and our Oyster shuckers carefully peel and deliver crispy Oyster that are delicious whether raw or grilled to our customers. We offer a variety of cooking methods, including ``Fried Oyster,'' which goes perfectly with our original tartar sauce, and `` Oyster and Shiso Risotto,'' which has a rich flavor. We also have meat and fish dishes, so even those who don't like Oyster can enjoy them.
