A recommended menu for April, when you can feel the coming of spring. You can enjoy dishes made with seasonal spring vegetables. For pasta, we offer "Clams, pickled plum, and flying fish roe peperoncino," which has a refreshing Japanese taste. Our proud Meat Dishes include "Grilled bamboo shoots and pork shoulder loin" and "Assorted three kinds of grilled beef," where you can taste rare cuts of Shinshin, Marukawa, and Kamenoko all at once.
