PaulBassett is a new concept espresso cafe created by world champion barista Paul Bassett. We are extremely particular about beans, roasting, and baristas, and we roast carefully selected coffee beans from all over the world in-house using the roasting machine installed in our store. The combination of world-class espresso coffee made using only fresh beans and sweets will be a delicious experience that can only be enjoyed here at PaulBassett.
