Food blended soup stock
The stock used is also an important ingredient in determining the flavor. Domestic red sea bream, bonito flakes, scallops, and domestic chicken broth add depth and flavor to the dish.
Food material
We use carefully selected ingredients, including ``homemade mentaiko'' with a slight citrus scent, which is made by carefully pickling fresh cod roe directly from Tsukiji Uogashi, which was founded in 1997.
