Kurawanka's most popular menu item is this "Stone Mill Handmade Satsuma-age." As an accompaniment to sake, the taste of white meat alone is a little weak, so we added mackerel to the dish to layer the flavor and aroma. In addition, the texture of hemp seeds and wood ear mushrooms, and the flavor of chives give the fish cakes an impressive taste. This is a special dish that is carefully kneaded in a stone mill for an hour and a half for that day, and can be enjoyed immediately after frying.

The design was by Yukio Hashimoto, a famous interior designer who worked on The Peninsula Tokyo and Billboard Live Tokyo. Depending on where you sit, you can enjoy a variety of moods, such as the lively counter seats with a board-style seating area, or the calm, raised private rooms. Please use it for a variety of purposes, from a 4.5 tatami private room to banquets for 30 people, such as New Year's parties, alumni parties, welcome and farewell parties, social gatherings, after-parties, reception meetings, etc.
