At TantoDomani, in order to discover quality ingredients from all over Japan, the owner and chef personally make contracts with production areas and farmers. We are particularly particular about the freshness of our seafood, and the fresh fish we receive from Miyazaki is freshly caught that morning! Depending on the season, crabs and botan shrimp are also shipped directly from Hokkaido. Please enjoy our exquisite products packed with the flavor of the ingredients.
