The first thing you should try is the most popular "Wagyu A4 Kalbi" and the thickly cut "A5 Wagyu Beef Fillet." You can enjoy the high-quality flavor with just the right amount of marbling on the soft meat. The ``secret sauce'' is a unique blend of onions, apples, soy sauce, and more, a flavor that has been handed down since the company's founding. The aromatic charcoal-grilled meat brings out the flavor even more. We also have specially selected Wagyu beef short ribs and bone-in dishes, so please enjoy them with rice and alcohol.

We accept orders for courses from 5 people. We offer a total of 3 types: the ``Choshunkan Course,'' where you can enjoy traditional flavors, the ``Special Course,'' which includes Wagyu beef special ribs and top loin, and the voluminous ``Special Course,'' where you can luxuriously enjoy high-quality meat. For an additional fee, you can add all-you-can-drink drinks including draft beer and bottled beer. Please feel free to use it for various gatherings such as family meals or company banquets. There is also a tatami room if you have small children.

In addition to Yakiniku (Grilled meat), we also offer side menus with great care! Starting with the most popular ``Galbi Guppa'', ``Gomtang Soup'' and ``Daegtang Soup'' are made by slowly simmering beef bones for over 16 hours to create a soup stock with a rich flavor. `` Cold Noodles,'' a soup stock made from chicken bones and beef tendon, is one of Choshunkan's signature dishes. It's light and filling, and it's great not only as a side dish, but also as a topping with grilled meat.
