Using fresh vegetables delivered directly from Tokachi, Hokkaido, homemade koji, lactic acid bacteria, naturally fermented black vinegar, and Western Cuisine techniques, we serve very satisfying Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that is kind to both the body and the soul. While Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with meat and beer is good, Wagyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) wrapped in lettuce and served with a vegetable-rich sauce is sure to be enjoyed without any guilt or stomach discomfort! The cold Cold Noodles-style capellini and seasonal vegetable potage, which are rare at Yakiniku (Grilled meat), are also recommended dishes from our restaurant.
