As Ebisu Ushimitsu celebrates its second anniversary, we would like to express our gratitude to our customers who have supported us by offering an exquisite lean meat course that will serve as a starting point for your encounter with Ushimitsu. Not only are we committed to signature products such as the special Yukhoe, which is a new product to commemorate the anniversary, Torotaku Yukhoe that makes use of the special Wagyu beef, and brioche sandwich made with carefully selected fillet, but we also offer a selection of carefully selected meats made with the finest lean meat as Yakiniku (Grilled meat). We offer 6 types of taiyaki with different seasonings for each part to bring out the maximum flavor. All courses will be fully attended to by grilling specialists to ensure the best doneness.
