Fresh seafood is purchased every morning from Fukuoka Market and Tsukiji Market. We carefully select the best ingredients from the catch of the day. The sushi rice is cooked in kelp soup stock, using Kinpei's own blend that was created through extensive discussions with rice masters. In addition to sushi, we also carefully prepare grilled dishes, Simmered dish, and snacks that go well with alcohol every day.
