"Medicinal Food shabu" that can only be eaten at Sada Juro Ebisu branch. Kamo-shabu is usually hard and smelly, but Juro Sada's duck-shabu is soft and has no smell at all, thanks to the careful attention to the soup stock and thinness. The soup stock is made from Rausu kelp and four types of fish, and is 0.8mm thick. A new combination of Medicinal Food and duck shabu. Please enjoy it.
