Chef Iwata has added an original twist to the prelotti (roasted chicken) that he learned at Bistro in Burgundy, France! We are particular about pasteurizing our meat in a stone oven, so not a single drop of meat juice is wasted. You won't be able to enjoy this carefully crafted masterpiece anywhere else.

A Mont Saint Michel style omelet with a rich truffle flavor and carefully selected French roast chicken.
