Born in the 1970s in Iwate Prefecture. From a young age, he was surrounded by rich local specialties such as Tankaku beef, and became fascinated with meat. He worked at Shinsen's Italian Cuisine after moving to Tokyo, where he gained insight into the distribution of fresh fish. Afterwards, he traveled around the region with Cow tongue stalls and learned about the thoughts of local producers. During his training at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Jumbo Shinozaki Main Branch, which is famous for being the best in Japan, he learned the spirit from the general, and joined in the establishment of Yoroniku. The legendary menu, beloved by meat lovers, reflects Mr. Handa's aesthetic, which values his passion for food.

[Ban YORONIKU], which opened on the top floor of a new commercial building in front of Ebisu Station, is a new store that is a descendant of the famous meat restaurant [Minami Aoyama Yoroniku]. The interior of the restaurant, which has been set up with luxurious use of space, has a classical but also modern atmosphere. In order to allow guests to concentrate on the ecstatic food experience that meat invites, we not only create a space, but also provide service that emphasizes timing, just like a Grand Maison. ``Silk Roast'', which originated in Yoroniku, is a dish that delights meat lovers, as it is a rare cut of silk-like quality that is quickly grilled on a net and wrapped in a bite-sized rice ball. The meat, which is beautiful to the eye, such as beautifully seasoned Cow tongue and melt-in-your-mouth chateaubriand, is purchased from Hiyama, a long-established high-quality Wagyu beef restaurant. His passion for meat is clearly conveyed through his thoroughness in determining the condition of the meat that day and changing the cuts and grilling methods.
