As the store name suggests, ``Carne=meat'' + ``Sio=salt,'' the concept is to grill juicy domestic meat and enjoy it with salt.We carry a wide variety of products, including carefully selected Japanese beef, US beef, and offal. In addition to Meat Dishes such as our famous Chateaubriand and Wagyu beef tartare, we also have a wide variety of side menus such as crispy green peppers made by soaking raw green peppers in ice water for two days, garland chrysanthemum starch, and tomato stew with tripe♪ Be sure to try the melt-in-your-mouth meat.
