This is an selection course that incorporates seasonal ingredients from Europe and other parts of Japan, including Akita, where we have connections. Based on classic French cuisine, each dish is created with the chef's sensibilities. Course menus that change with the seasons are assembled for each group so that you can enjoy them no matter how many times you visit.

The interior of the restaurant, which is located along Meiji Dori, a little away from the hustle and bustle in front of the station, is a spacious and warm space with just the right amount of tension. ChefCreating new forms while paying respect to classic dishes
Chef Yuki Hayashi. After completing graduate school in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Keio University, he once got a job at a general company, but couldn't give up on his career in cooking, so he changed jobs and began training at a Chinese restaurant. While honing his skills, he encountered Yasuo Igarashi's cooking at ``Le Manoir Dustin'' in Ginza, and became his apprentice in 2008, aspiring to become a French chef. By chance, he became the chef of "Serie" in July 2018. In October 2021, he became independent as a successor to Serie and opened “Leglier” in the same location.

Among the ingredients carefully selected from all over Japan, we have specialties that use local products and traditional ingredients from Madam's hometown of Akita. Using Akita Yuri beef, tonburi, shottsuru, Hinai chicken, and more, you can enjoy the menu that the chef has elevated to ``new Akita cuisine that even Akita residents don't know.''
