ChefYusuke Goto - A sincere adventurer who seeks the one and only
Due to the influence of his father, a French chef, he became interested in the world of cooking from an early age. After graduating from culinary school, he traveled back and forth between France and Japan, honing his skills at numerous famous restaurants. After returning to Japan, he refined his skills at Quintessence in Shirokanedai, Otowa Restaurants in Utsunomiya, and Eculé in Nishi-Azabu. In 2012, he became the executive chef at AMOUR when it opened. Even after the move, Mr. Goto continues to create the beautiful and supple "World of Amour" that is unique to him.

"AMOUR" continues to offer new styles of cuisine that are not too bound by the framework of French cuisine. It is based on the concept of "Japanese French cuisine", and all the ingredients used are domestic products. Ingredients that make you feel the flow of the four seasons are sublimated into French cuisine unique to Amour with polished and delicate techniques. While based on the tradition of French cuisine, I want to slowly taste a number of dishes that incorporate the flow of kaiseki cuisine, and make you feel the sensibilities of Japan people in some places.
