Our proud Hinai chicken Hot Pot. Made with chicken broth that has been slowly simmered for over 12 hours. There are also 3 other types of blend: Japanese-style chicken stock soup and Hinai chicken plain soup with the irresistible scent of Hinai chicken. We also offer Hinai Medicinal Food Hot Pot that uses Chinese herbs in the soup, as well as seasonal hot pots. All the hot pots have exquisite soups that bring out the flavor of Hinai chicken. There are also courses that feature each type of hot pot as the main dish.

A course featuring our specialty Hinai chicken Grilled skewer as the main dish. You can enjoy 2 types of seasonal appetizers, 3 types of appetizers, 6 types of today's Grilled skewer, Nanban Tsukesoba, rich Hinai egg pudding, and Hinai chicken. Meals can be changed to Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) for an additional 500 yen, or truffle Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) for an additional 1000 yen. This is our highly recommended course. Akita Prefecture Hinai Jidori is one of the three major Jidori chickens in Japan. We strive to produce the best quality meat in Japan using the most time-consuming process, ``free-range''. These chickens are free-ranged for 160 to 180 days (raised while listening to Mozart music), and their meat is characterized by a strong lean and rich texture. Because they were raised in the cold northern countries, they have thick skin and are rich in collagen, making them juicy. It has a rustic flavor and richness reminiscent of pheasant and porcupine. Please enjoy the ``deliciousness'' of Hinai chicken grilled to the perfect temperature at Hinai-tei to your heart's content.
