Food "Day 0" offal at the end of the morning is a special dish that can only be tasted here.
Since its founding, the owner has been purchasing the offal for the morning meal called "Day 0" from Shibaura Meat Center every morning.It is extremely fresh, has no odor, and the sweetness of the fat spreads in your mouth, melting in your mouth. The seasoning varies depending on the characteristics of each part, giving it a different appeal than the offal found in Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
