We purchase fresh fish directly from fishing ports from all over the country every morning, taking into consideration the weather and ocean currents that day. Rather than “talking about” the many seasonal Japanese Japanese-style meal, it’s better to watch and eat them! Enjoy seasonal ingredients in a casual setting.
DrinkWe have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages that go well with dishes, including Japanese sake.
We always have over 40 types of sake on hand, ranging from major ones to rare ones such as Hanayoyoku, Hiroki, Shinsei, Juyondai, and Natagake. Please feel free to contact us if you have any taste preferences or requests. We also have a wide selection of shochu, plum wine, and fruit wine. Even customers who are not used to drinking sake can fully enjoy the real pleasure of Mon.
