... I make additive-free, safe, and punchy Soup Curry every day. I make it every day to ensure that I never tire of the taste, and that it's not inferior to the original Hokkaido version. Some of my 30 types of spices are also used in traditional Chinese medicine. I try to use ingredients from Hokkaido whenever possible.
