Starting June 8th, we will be serving chicken Sukiyaki as a course only option! By upgrading the meat, you can now enjoy the legendary local chicken "Amakusa Daio"♪ ~ We added lemon sourness to our homemade seasoning, making it rich yet easy to eat. Please enjoy the chicken and chunky vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplants, and pumpkins with "Macallan eggs" from Aomori Prefecture ~ Please make a reservation.

When making traditional Hot Pot, you first drink only the clean chicken stock soup, then add the meat, vegetables, and other ingredients to enjoy. We also recommend the `` Hot Pot'', which is served with fresh vegetables and a refreshing homemade white ponzu sauce, the ``Soup Taki'', where you can enjoy chewy chicken breast and thigh meat that has been boiled, and the ``Chicken shabu shabu'', which is eaten with grated daikon radish.
