Inside the restaurant, where you can relax and relax at the counter and in a completely private room, the friendly chef will be showing you how to enjoy the seasonal fish. We purchase our own ingredients every day and only use carefully selected ingredients. Food cooking
Our course includes dishes that are close to the same amount as nigiri. The dishes listed here are only a few, but each one is made with careful preparation and process. We also use seasonal fish to bring out the best in the ingredients. Dishes that give you a sense of warmth are served between nigiri. It goes well with our proud Japanese sake and shochu, and the course content includes a large number of dishes, making it highly satisfying.
