Our up-and-coming chefs prepare seasonal vegetables from all over the country and meat from Europe and elsewhere using their own unique sensibilities. Our style is a fusion of classic and modern cuisine that is unique to our restaurant, using a variety of cooking methods and heating temperatures to separate the ingredients. The food is mainly a la carte, with a selection of about 25 dishes including appetizers, soups, main dishes, and desserts, all made with ingredients purchased that day. We also offer course meals prepared by the chef!
