Thick Bincho charcoal is placed at the bottom of the charcoal stand to increase the soil's strength, and thin Bincho charcoal is placed at the top to adjust the firepower. Then, by baking it at a high temperature all at once, the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy with lots of flavor. The tenderness of the young chicken, carefully selected from among many varieties, is grilled to an exquisite degree that is unique to our restaurant.
