Kansai-style eel jug that is grilled all at once from the raw state. We use a secret sauce inherited from a famous restaurant and eel purchased from an eel wholesaler. We have three types of pine, bamboo, and plum, and the plum is available at an affordable price of 1,650 yen. Hitsumabushi, which can be eaten while changing the taste, is also recommended. In addition, ``UTSUKE-don'', which has Seafood on top of eel, can also be enjoyed as Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. You can choose from three types of Shochikubai with varying amounts of Seafood, and you can order during the day or at night!

In the evening, we have a selection of dishes that go well with alcohol. What you should definitely try is the authentic Tempura. There is a wide variety of options, from Seafood such as shrimp, scallops, and sea urchin to vegetable dishes such as eggplant, lotus root, turnip, and carrot kakiage! We offer three types of salt: matcha salt, truffle salt, and pink salt, as well as tentsuyu (tentsuyu), so that you can enjoy it according to your preference. We also recommend Japanese and Western snacks and creative small dishes using eel.
