At our restaurant, we continue to pursue the deliciousness and splendor of Sendai's specialty "gyutan", and we are challenging new possibilities while inheriting traditional manufacturing methods. ``Beef tongue sashimi'' cooked at a low temperature goes perfectly with homemade soy sauce ◎ ``Beef tongue skewers'' are grilled to different degrees of doneness for each part, and are carefully grilled with hand-held salt. We use carefully selected beef tongue from carefully selected production areas. We do not perform any unnecessary processing and make the most of the quality of the material. This is a traditional handmade preparation that brings out the original flavor and texture of beef tongue by carefully finishing each piece by our craftsmen, with careful consideration of the way each part is cut and grilled. For lunch, we recommend the ``Special Atsuyaki Set Meal''. Please enjoy our proud and luxurious products. We pursue the original taste of beef tongue and serve each dish with sincerity.

The “Original Salted Lemon Series” was created with compatibility with beef tongue in mind. The most popular is the ``Kigushi Original Salt Lemon Sour'', which uses lemons pickled in salt specially used for preparing beef tongue. We also offer premium highballs. In addition to Jack, Nikka Session, and Taketsuru, please be sure to order the ``Date Highball'', a precious drink limited to Miyagi, when it becomes available. We also have a menu with quick snacks, so please enjoy a quick drink after work.
