We freely manipulate charcoal and ash to offer original charcoal-grilled dishes that you won't find anywhere else. The charcoal grill set at the same height as the counter seats is a Kansai hibachi made in the early Showa era. Charcoal is purchased directly from Kagoshima and Kirishima oak and sawtooth oak from farmers. Unique to our restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while watching the entire cooking process from preparation to finishing. We also have a wide selection of seasonal alcoholic beverages, such as sake and wine, that enhance the flavor of your dishes.

Seasonal ingredients are lightly dipped in oil, then pulled out before they are deep-fried and placed on a charcoal grill. The meat is slowly cooked to the core over red-hot charcoal. Excess oil drips off to the bottom of the grill, giving the batter a crispy and pleasant texture, and the heat from the charcoal steams the inside, making it fluffy and condensing the flavor of the ingredients. It has become a masterpiece unique to our restaurant, and every customer who tries it for the first time is surprised and says, ``I've never had Tempura like this before!'' Please try it once.

We only serve carefully selected ingredients that we purchase directly from the producers we meet throughout Japan. The soba served at the end of the meal uses buckwheat flour from Shiiba Village, Miyazaki, one of Japan's three most unexplored regions. We order precious buckwheat noodles grown using slash-and-burn farming methods that have been used since the Jomon period using a stone mill, and are carefully hand-made in the store every day. Please enjoy to your heart's content the deliciousness born from the relationships between people. We look forward to your visit.
