Although we are a soba restaurant, we are proud of our charcoal-grilled yakitori delivered directly from the farm. We offer selection skewers made using only local chicken. The recommended Jidori skewers are made with whole chickens from four different production areas and are grilled over Tosa Bincho charcoal. Because we purchase a whole chicken and remove the water at the store, it has a strong flavor and allows you to fully enjoy the natural deliciousness of the ingredients. 2 skewers please. After tasting the yakitori, finish off with handmade soba!

We use carefully ground buckwheat flour, adjusting the coarseness depending on the buckwheat we purchase. Our recommended ``Taste Comparison'' allows you to compare foods from different regions, or to compare the taste of soba made with buckwheat noodles from the same region that have been aged for a year. ◎The ``Sobayu'' made with buckwheat flour has a rich flavor. Please enjoy. We also recommend diluting it with shochu. You can also enjoy comparing the tastes of “Fukuya selection”, so please use it◎

The interior of the store is stylish with exposed concrete walls. There are 20 seats in total, with table seats on the first floor and tatami rooms on the second floor. We are particular about the benches made from old materials from Niigata Prefecture and the tasteful tables made from a single board. The cushions and cushions have colorful patterns, creating a stylish atmosphere that even women can feel comfortable visiting.◎We recommend the main meal in the early hours, and the soba noodle served at the second restaurant after 10pm.

They use Kurosatsuma chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture, Amakusa Daio chicken from Kumamoto Prefecture, and Aizu chicken from Fukushima Prefecture.
