What we are proud of is our Hot Pot stock! The chef uses two types of chicken bones and cooks them in-house for 9 hours, resulting in a rich flavor. In order to enjoy the natural taste of chicken, the soup stock is made only from chicken bones and is delicious as is, so you can add salt to it. In addition, the many dishes made with carefully selected soup stock are also exquisite! Special soup stock rolled eggs, Hot Pot dashi boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, and Hot Pot dashi Ramen are our recommended menus. Be sure to try them out!

The tatami room floor on the 3rd floor can be reserved for a small number of people.
