We prepare seasonal ingredients for each season. In addition, what brings out the seasonal ingredients is sushi made with two types of red vinegar: darkly aged red vinegar and light red vinegar. You can enjoy the unique aroma and richness. The rice used is Koshihikari rice from Toyama, which is less sticky and full of flavor. This is a carefully selected sushi rice that blends well with the toppings to further enhance its flavor.
SpaceA comfortable and relaxing space
Our store opened in June 2016. The interior of the store is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere with the warmth of wood. The U-shaped counter seats have low tables so you can enjoy talking with the owner or working with your hands. We also have semi-private tables separated by curtains. It can also be used for year-end parties and get-togethers for up to 6 people. We aim to create a space where you can enjoy sushi and drinks in a friendly atmosphere without straining your shoulders.
