Known as a high-quality fish, the standard size of ``Nodoguro'' is around 300g, but at our restaurant we are particular about offering large, meaty Nodoguro that weighs over 500g. Boiled is delicious enough, but by serving it ``grilled'', it becomes a dish that can only be served with the highest quality, thickest Nodoguro, weighing over 500g, and has a succulent fatty texture that sizzles when you put your chopsticks into it. You can feel the flavor of the meat while enjoying it.

Nakamata Sake Brewery boasts a history of over 100 years in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Under the guidance of renowned master brewer Tsutomu Kurose, we will be serving shochu made entirely by hand with sincerity and gratitude in Hatchobori. Gemstones such as ``Kirino'', which was selected in the Japanese Sake Encyclopedia, ``Satsuma Nakamata'', which won the top prize at the Kagoshima Prefecture Sweet Potato Shochu Fair, and ``Kurose Tsutomu,'' the last work of famous brewer Tsutomu Kurose in his life, are among the gems. Please enjoy this special dish.
