Food Rich `` Hot Pot'' made from nichinichikorekounichi
Kanto feng Hot Pot in a special pressure cooker. We offer seasoned and cooked bone-in meat, low-temperature-cooked breast meat, raw thigh meat, Tsukune, and four types of chicken.
Food “shabu shabu” is a flavorful soup made from Nichinichi Korekounichi.
The meat is shabu shabu in shabu-shabu with a richly seasoned soup stock, then dipped in a raw egg. We offer specially selected black pork and Ryukyu Agu pork.
