We decided to open a store in Tokyo because we thought that if people in Tokyo could taste the delicious food of Fukui, they would learn about the greatness of Fukui. [Echizen Oroshi Soba] is a masterpiece with a refreshing yet deep flavor that brings out the flavors of spicy daikon radish and bonito flakes. The slightly thick and chewy soba noodles and the spicy grated radish soup stock go very well together and are exquisite.
Food Please fully enjoy Fukui's specialties.
We are particular about seasonal ingredients and prepare dishes that go well with Fukui's local sake. [Heshiko] [Single grilled mackerel (*Reservation required)] was featured on TV! If you want to fully enjoy Fukui's specialties such as [Hanarakkyo], [Small sea bream pickled fish], and [Suko], we recommend the course meal.

If you want to indulge in Fukui prefecture's specialties, we recommend a course meal. Please enjoy the calm and relaxing space overlooking the Nihonbashi River. This is a very popular seat, so please make your reservation early.

Our soba noodles are hand-made daily from buckwheat flour grown at our affiliated farms in Fukui. For lunch, set menus and set meals such as [Negitorodon], [Mini Sauce Katsudon], [Mini Ten-don (tempura rice bowl)], and [Grilled Mackerel Sushi] are also very popular. We also have a wide variety of soba items on the menu. We are particular about using local ingredients because we want people in Tokyo to enjoy the delicious food of Fukui.

If you want to look out over the Nihonbashi River, we recommend a private room with a hori kotatsu on the second floor with a great view. We offer a luxurious space for adults where you can enjoy a calm atmosphere while being in the city.
