"Hormosa" is not a hormone shop! This is a [paper baking] shop that opened in the 1960s, before hormones became popular. Kamiyaki is an original hotpot dish in which plenty of vegetables and mutton are simmered in a secret sauce. (For details, see the next special feature!) For 67 years, the third generation has been the owner of the restaurant and has continued to protect the secret flavor, providing the same taste. Lunch is also available, so be sure to stop by after shopping or sightseeing ❗️

A unique taste [paper-grilled] devised by a navy cook. Mutton and vegetables are simmered in a secret [vegetable soup] that condenses the flavor of 28 types of vegetables, nuts, and spices, which go well together. It's very popular because it's easy to eat even for people who don't like mutton ^^ One serving provides 350g of vegetables for the whole day, and even if you drink the soup, it's only 350kcal!
