I was moved by my encounter with real “gyu tongue” today! At our restaurant, we grill beef tongue as thick as 10mm over lava charcoal until it's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We recommend the "Sacred Treasure of Tan Tane", which compares three types of beef tongue: salted, secret, and boiled! To bring out the unique flavors of the ingredients, we simply season them with sea salt from the Seto Inland Sea. The rich yet sweet taste goes perfectly with alcohol. Please give it a try♪
