Chef Kono, who serves as Miyazaki's ambassador, will provide customers with carefully selected ingredients in an arrangement unique to Mona Lisa.
ChefToru Kono Owner Chef
Born in Miyazaki Prefecture in 1957. In 1982, he moved to France and built up a career at famous Michelin-starred restaurants such as Guisavoie, Jamin, and Georges Blanc in Paris, where he worked as a disciple of Mr. Joel Robuchon. In 1993, he became the first chef at Taillevent Robuchon, and in 1997 he opened Mona Lisa in Ebisu.
