Primeval grilled top quality dogfish! Nodoguro is called ``Nodoguro'' because the inside of its mouth is black, and it is a delicious fish that is rich in fat and is said to be white-fleshed fatty tuna. Genjiyaki is a traditional Japanese cooking method that has been passed down since ancient times in Japan, in which fresh fish and vegetables are slowly Grilled skewer on skewers over a hearth. Please enjoy the traditional primitive grilling, which is crispy and fragrant on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Other, you can also enjoy fresh fish shipped directly from carefully selected fishing ports and markets across the country.

Nakamata Sake Brewery boasts a history of over 100 years in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. You can enjoy limited edition sweet potato shochu, including ``Kirino'', which was selected in the Japanese sake encyclopedia. This shochu is recognized even by those who grew up in Kagoshima, as it has won the honorable mention award for two years in a row at the Kagoshima Prefecture Honkaku Shochu Appraisal.
