...food that originated in Shanghai. Xiaolongbao buns are made with pork filling wrapped in flour dough that is slightly thicker than xiaolongbao, and then grilled on a griddle until fragrant. Similar to Xiaolongbao, the biggest feature is that the soup overflows from the inside of the wrapper.
