Open until 23:00! We also serve alcohol! New business format for restaurant listed in Michelin Guide 2019!
Great location, 1 minute from Shinbashi Station! You can enjoy our carefully selected grilled Xiaolongbao, each made by hand from scratch. In China, it is called raw steamed bun and is a popular soul
...food that originated in Shanghai. Xiaolongbao buns are made with pork filling wrapped in flour dough that is slightly thicker than xiaolongbao, and then grilled on a griddle until fragrant. Similar to Xiaolongbao, the biggest feature is that the soup overflows from the inside of the wrapper. We asked a famous Chinese Dim sum master for advice and perfected it through repeated trial and error. Enjoy the authentic taste of China.
