Fresh "domestic brand pork" delivered every morning. Our craftsmen will examine them with strict eyes. It is a traditional method of wrapping it in the highest quality raw breadcrumbs and deep frying it in fresh vegetable oil. For the set meal, please choose white rice (domestic first-class rice) or special green shiso rice. You can change the rice. Enjoy the red dashi soup made with Hatcho miso as well!
