Trippa is the second stomach of a cow, commonly known as "hachinosu". You can refill the ``tripe and Hakuin Gento beans stew with tomato'' served as appetizers, and you can eat as much as you like! The chef carefully prepares this tomato stew for 4 hours. This is a masterpiece that requires a lot of time and effort, so we serve it as an appetizer. There is no doubt that you will be impressed by the appetizer. We charge an appetizer fee of 600 yen per person.
