Goho soba, which you'll never forget once you try it, is served with sake. Our specialty soba noodles are "Nihachi Soba," a mixture of buckwheat flour and udon flour. Carefully selected buckwheat flour from all over Japan is milled daily in the store's stone mill, and only the amount for that day is made, so the appeal is that you can enjoy the freshly made buckwheat flour every day. The bonito flakes that are the key to soba soup are made from Satsuma-produced dried bonito flakes that have been aged for 2 years, and are served in soups that go well with each other, such as marinated, sprinkled, or dipping. For lunch, you can increase the quantity and enjoy it at a reasonable price.

Our proud soba noodles are served with soup stock that suits each way of eating, such as grilled, sprinkled, and dipping. The exquisite sake and side dishes can be enjoyed in a sophisticated way for adults as a ``Soba-mae'' before enjoying the soba noodles.
