Fatty Edomae natural fish such as conger eel, small skin, golden sea bream, hairtail, sea bass, black bream, red sea bream, mackerel, and sumika. We are completely particular about Edomae brand ingredients. We deliver Tokyo Sushi that has become even more delicious thanks to the skills of craftsmen passed down from the Edo period, including hot water frosting, pickling, broiling, simmering, kelp finishing, vinegar finishing, and salt finishing.
