At our restaurant, which provides high-quality meat at reasonable prices, we use Wagyu beef not only for short ribs, but also for skirt steak and offal. You can enjoy a variety of different types, such as the ``Tan Mori'' set of thick-sliced top tongue with salt, salted tongue, and medium-sized chicken tongue, and the ``Tokusen Mori'' with a set of extra-thick-sliced skirt steak, extra ribs, top short ribs, and top loin.
