Kushikatsu was born in Osaka in Showa 46. Currently, it is a high-class kushikatsu place with restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, and Kobe. We collect high-quality ingredients from the sea, mountains, rivers,
... and fields, and make use of the craftsmanship of a long-established company, and serve them crisply fried in a custom-made copper pot in a healthy pan with flower oil. It can be fried individually, devised a combination, and has plenty of playfulness that is pleasing to the eye. It is a course where you can enjoy 36 kinds of skewers in order, so please stop at a good place. Please enjoy it slowly with the special sauce and condiments. The skewers, which allow you to enjoy the refreshing taste of the ingredients, are a perfect marriage with high-quality sake. Starting with Japan sake and shochu from Yamagata, the president's hometown, we recommend a variety of carefully selected wines. Please enjoy it in a moist and calm adult space.
