For the sashimi, we use okoze and spiny lobster. Enjoy with our homemade Cantonese-style sauce, which is spicy and light. The steamed fish has a refreshing taste and is served in one plate per person. We also have fish sauce. The current seasonal fish is wild sweetfish. Please enjoy the fluffy meat that is satisfying to eat. Sichuan-style sweet and spicy sauce is used to season the shrimp with heads. Fruit sauce is popular among women. Half of the various vegetables available are sourced from Taiwan.
