Among the seasons called ``season,'' this is the ``running'' period, which refers to the first products to hit the market. At Sushi Takaya, we pay close attention to the seasons from all over the country and purchase the most delicious ingredients available right now. The sushi rice is made with two-year old rice grown at the foot of the Shirakami Mountains and red vinegar brewed using traditional methods, which brings out the flavor of the ingredients and creates a deeper flavor. The `` selection Course'', which includes hand-crafted snacks and high-quality nigiri made with 7-year-aged red vinegar, is available from 15,000 yen.

We have private rooms with tatami rooms available for small groups. Please use it for everyday meals, banquets, entertainment, dinners, and special occasions such as anniversaries. There are 10 counter seats in a spacious space with high ceilings and a pleasant scent of cypress. Recommended for dining alone, as well as with family, friends, and loved ones.

The current head chef has succeeded the previous head chef, who had been active for 10 years, and has created a new style of ``sushi restaurant'' by combining Japanese tradition and modern innovative techniques with an exquisite balance. He has been active as a head chef at Japanese Cuisine in Asia for many years and has won numerous awards. Based on my experience overseas, I am able to serve customers in English. Our appeal is that even foreigners can come here with peace of mind. An English menu is also available.
