Please enjoy a variety of dishes that are as close to the authentic taste as possible, prepared by chefs who have been involved in Kyushu cuisine for many years. There are plenty of soul foods from all over the world, including Kumamoto Prefecture's ``Basashi'', `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Motsunabe'' made with domestic offals, and ``Chicken Nanban'' from Miyazaki Prefecture.
